The Big Help operates under the B.H Foundation which was incorporated and registered under the registration number: 21/2021/0046.

The organisation was founded to carry out the following: environmental, social, advocacy and human rights work, corporate social responsibility services, volunteer programs, charity registry services and mentorship programs.
